We are Recruiting an IT Support Officer

The main duties & responsibilities are:   

Provide Support to users sending tickets for support and ensure that they are closed

For this you will have to:

  • Understand how the Eazzy software work,
  • Adapt and learn to new features brought to the software,
  • Test and report if changes to the software are working correctly from a user point of view,
  • Prepare and Conduct User Acceptance Testing.   

Maintain and provide updates to client’s existing application

Provide Training to users.

Follow client needs regarding projects; Assistance in Projects Implementation 

Work in close collaboration with the KM Orizzon team members on projects and matters relating thereto  

Develop  and maintain good relations with our customers

Update a reference guide for users

A good knowledge of IT or having worked in a similar environment would be an advantage

Perform any other duty required and in the line with this role

Requirements: You must have at least graduated at a University. A degree in Management or in IT would be an advantage, as well as having some work experience.
